TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with your Group Home Coach.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken. After payment, you will receive a copy of this agreement, the welcome packet along with a receipt for the payment of this coaching/mentoring sessions.

PURCHASING EXTRA SESSIONS

Extra session purchases can be made on-line. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your purchase to discuss additional goals with your Group Home Coach.

CANCELLATIONS

If your Group Home Coach fails to give you 48 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation, you will be entitled to 1 extra hour of coaching, in addition to the session you missed. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any coaching sessions. This can be made directly through the contact details given in this pack. If you do not provide a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you. Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and the Group Home Coach.

REFUNDS

All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching/mentoring services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package, once we spend our time with you, we can't get it back. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you

Because all e-Books, forms, documents, courses and classes are accessible and downloadable immediately after the purchase, we DO NOT offer refunds or cancellations.
